The Process.
1. Shaping the Foam
Behind the scenes, our talented team immerse themselves in the creative process, transforming simple blocks of foam into intricate and unique shapes. With a keen understanding of climbing movements and the human body's capabilities, they sculpt and refine, seeking the perfect blend of challenge and accessibility

2. Creating the Mold
Once the prototype is ready, a mold is created using silicone rubber. The foam is then removed, leaving behind a negative impression that will be used to cast the final product in our custom formulated polyurethane resin. The resulting climbing hold is a faithful reproduction of the original prototype, ready to challenge climbers on the wall.
3. Receiving an Order
Orders are placed and received through our online Shopify portal, where customers can specify their preference of colour, whether the pieces come with hardware (bolts etc), or any other specification to suit their particular needs.
4. Pouring & Processing
Using our custom formulated polyurethane resin our team pours holds to the customers shape and colour specifications. Once cured the holds are processed, cleaned, quality checked and packaged before being shipped out for climbers around the world to conquer.
5. Fulfillment & Distribution
After the holds are quality assured and finalized they are packaged and labeled, to be ready for distribution. We offer many forms for order fulfillment, customers from the area can pick up their order directly from our office, we also offer shipping all throughout North America.
Private label clients can request orders to be shipped directly to their customers under their name or receive them for to handle their distribution.
